Role Summary. As the Lead for the Perishables Supply Chain Warehousing Control Tower, you will be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to enhance supply chain efficiency, achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), drive operational excellence, and minimize wastage.. Key Responsibilities. Manage large, big box technologically enhance high end warehouse operations. Develop, implement, and benchmark Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for optimal warehouse operations. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with overall business objectives and expertise with closures within timelines. Drive & Track Key metrics like Fill Rate, Wastage, Inventory Sanity etc. Enhance warehouse efficiencies, monitor SLA compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Focus on analysis Cost benefit analysis, competitor analysis, market analysis etc. Manage mid-mile logistics and distribution processes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Plan and oversee reverse logistics, identifying and addressing root causes of inventory deviations through detailed cause-and-effect analysis. Ensure proper inventory management through strict adherence to FEFO and FIFO principles. Conduct regular stock audits to minimize shrinkage and plan effectively for peak seasons with a well-structured annual operations calendar. Required Qualifications. Tech/MBA degree. 1-2 years of experience in Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics/Inventory management. Hands on Excel expertise is a must. Expertise in F&V(Perishables) or Control Tower Operations is an added advantage. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Consumer-focused approach, capable of identifying needs and implementing innovative solutions. Proficient in developing systems, processes, and lean methodologies to improve automation, reduce shrink, and boost productivity.
