Lead- Private Fixed Income Operations

Role Overview: As a Lead - Private Fixed Income Operations at SLC Management, you will be part of the Investment Services and Operations Group responsible for administering and reporting non-public investments and loans to corporations globally. Your role will involve managing a diverse investment portfolio, including bonds, debentures, limited partnerships, lease securitization, and project financing. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately process and report on trade, cash, and corporate action lifecycle activities in a timely manner - Troubleshoot basic trade, cash, and corporate action issues and identify discrepancies in the data - Communicate issues clearly to immediate team members - Meet individual performance targets and contribute to team performance metrics - Understand and apply fundamental investment operations concepts - Complete assigned tasks efficiently and manage multiple priorities effectively Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field / Full-time MBA (Finance) - 4 - 6 years of previous experience in Investment Operations, Asset Servicing, or Financial Administration - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel - ability to create, manipulate and interpret data/spreadsheets; comfortable working with formulas, vlookups, pivot tables - Knowledge of financial markets and investment products - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Additional Details: The Private Fixed Income Operations department at SLC Management handles an investment portfolio of approximately $41 billion, comprising various financial instruments like bonds, debentures, limited partnerships, lease securitization, and project financing.
