We are seeking a Digital Marketing Head for our rapidly growing brand. The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset, experience in start-ups and fast-paced environments, and a proven track record in digital and performance marketing. They should possess hands-on experience in building online brands and driving growth through innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Manage Digital Marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spend to achieve business goals and targets.
- High degree of conceptual understanding of brand building.
- Possesses exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a creative bend
- Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels, promoting collaboration and a positive work environment.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and team management capabilities to guide and develop the marketing team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Demonstrated ability to foster a respectful and empathetic work environment, valuing diverse perspectives and promoting inclusivity.
