Job Description

As a Lead Performance Marketer specializing in Meta & Google Ads, you will play a crucial role in driving performance strategy for multiple D2C/eCommerce brands. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading performance strategy across Meta & Google Ads platforms to ensure optimal results for various brands. - Conducting in-depth Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify issues, address performance drops, and maintain long-term stability. - Developing robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), processes, and account structures to facilitate consistent and scalable campaign execution. - Training and guiding team members to work independently with clarity, discipline, and a sense of ownership. - Serving as the primary point of contact for escalations, high-priority issues, and strategic decision-making. - Reviewing Top of Funnel (TOF), Middle of Funnel (MOF), Bottom of Funnel (BOF) campaigns to drive profitable month-on-month scaling. - Creating monthly media plans, forecasts, and optimization roadmaps to enhance campaign performance. - Collaborating with creative teams to develop new hooks, angles, ad concepts, and testing ideas. - Leading client meetings, managing escalations, and presenting insights confidently. - Ensuring accurate tracking through Pixel, CAPI, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and maintaining clean attribution. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - 2-3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, specifically with Meta and Google platforms. - Demonstrated expertise in managing and scaling D2C/eCommerce accounts effectively. - Strong analytical skills with a proven ability in Root Cause Analysis (RCA). - Experience in developing SOPs, execution frameworks, and structured processes. - Capability to mentor, guide, and review junior media buyers efficiently. - Excellent communication skills and confidence in client interactions. - Ability to thrive under deadlines, work pressure, and handle responsibilities across multiple brands. - Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, Google Merchant Center, and Google Sheets. - Laptop is mandatory for this role.,
