Hiring for Lead Network Engineer – Load Balancing (F5 & Citrix)
Locations: Hyderabad • Chennai • Bengaluru
CTC: Up to ₹55 LPA
Experience: 11–16 years
About the Role
Own 24×7 global and local load-balancing operations. Lead migrations, troubleshoot F5 BIG‑IP (LTM & GTM) and Citrix NetScaler (GSLB), and manage packet broker infrastructure. Ensure high availability, security hardening, and efficient incident management across infrastructure.
Key Requirements
Expert with F5 (LTM, GTM, iRules, TPS) and Citrix NetScaler (VIP, GSLB)
In-depth networking: TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, SSL off‑load, DNS, routing, switching
Strong experience in incident/change management, high‑availability frameworks, and network security
Skilled with iXia, Arista, SD-WAN, LAN/Wi‑Fi architectures, documentation, compliance, audits
Automation proficiency: Terraform, Ansible, Python (plus)
Preferred certifications: CCIE/CCNP/CCNA (or equivalent)
