Primary Skills At least 2 Years of experience leading a team of 3 to 5 engineers team for potential end to end application development & enhancement. Lead SCRUM team with SCRUM process and Possess CSM/CSPO Agile SCRUM certifications Demonstrated proactive Planning, Execution and Value generations Skills. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Strong experience with popular application development frameworks such as React, React Native, Angular, Ember.JS with excellent JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS development skills Strong experience with React and related technologies, such as Redux, React Native, or GraphQL Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. Solid understanding of MVC and stateless APIs & building RESTful APIs Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication, Presentation, and collaboration skills Roles and Responsibilities Lead the development of complex applications from start to finish, utilizing JavaScript based App Stacks. Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure that our applications meet user needs and exceed expectations. Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for software development. Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth. Perform detailed design and coding, debugging, testing and release of the given modules. Development of new user-facing features using web technologies, re-usable components, and front-end libraries. Rapid development ability to build and demonstrate quick web driven solutions. Work closely within a small team of experienced engineers to produce high-quality software products on a daring schedule. Demonstrate professional engineering practices including alignment to coding standards, producing design documentation, and supporting integration. Translating design and wireframes into high quality code, with an eye for performance on specific target devices. Write unit test and perform functional verification for the responsible modules Perform code reviews and sanity checks for the code developed.
