Job Description

As a SAP Basis senior consultant with 5+ years of experience, you will be responsible for handling SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SRM, SAP BW, and SAP PO components in AIX / Linux & Windows environments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing at least 1 implementation, migration, and/or upgrade project, as well as post-implementation projects. - Handling at least 1 end-to-end ECC to S4 HANA conversion. - Demonstrating sound technical knowledge of R/3 Basis, Netweaver ABAP Stack, Java stack/BOBJ. - Installing and administering HANA, SYBASE, ORACLE databases, and optimizing performance. - Implementing SAP Solution Manager with CHARM and SaaS products. - Understanding On-Premise and SaaS integrations, as well as Cloud platforms like Azure and AWS. - Executing backup/restore/recovery of SAP/DB- HANA, SYBASE, and ORACLE databases and providing assistance in strategizing backup/recovery and DR. - Leading teams, demonstrating problem-solving skills, and effective communication. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be involved in SAP Basis administration support activities such as: - Performance monitoring & tuning, problem analysis & resolution to maintain system integrity. - Administering the SAP database including upgrades, maintenance, backup & restore strategies, security, performance, and storage management. - Developing and maintaining system documentation for all SAP instances and interfaces. - Administering Enterprise Portal, Trex, Content Server, and Archival. Furthermore, you should be prepared to travel onsite (within India or outside) and exhibit good communication and analytical skills. The role may require you to work on 24/7 shifts.,
