Job Description

You are an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will play a crucial role in the evolution of Providence India's healthcare ecosystem to Health 2.0. As a Senior Campaign Analyst, you will lead the design, implementation, and evolution of analytics solutions to address complex business challenges. Your primary focus will be on leveraging data and analytics to enhance patient loyalty, retention, and acquisition, ultimately driving improved patient outcomes and experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with marketing managers, engineering teams, and executives to provide thought leadership on measuring the effectiveness and financial impact of marketing activities and the overall consumer journey. - Manage the analytics product lifecycle, understand various software solutions, establish measurement best practices, and interpret business needs from discovery to reporting and insight delivery. - Define and ensure the interconnection of analytics systems to support business success. - Own the lifecycle of analytics architecture, tools, reporting, and program development. - Elicit and communicate business requirements from multiple stakeholders across different functions. - Develop documentation for analytics reporting processes and implementation, and promote analytics standards within the team. - Combine data from various sources into a cohesive narrative to support decision-making. - Partner with vendors to build Media Mix Models, Multi-Touch Attribution Models, and Unified Measurement Models. - Lead the creation and management of dashboards for tracking campaign effectiveness, prospect engagement, and consumer value. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields. - 4-8 years of experience in statistical languages and tools (R, SAS, SQL). - 4-8 years of experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI). - 4-8 years of experience in database environments (Snowflake, Oracle, etc). - Experience in building media mix models, attribution models, and campaign optimization models. You will be a key player in driving the digital transformation of health systems, leveraging your expertise in analytics and data to enhance patient outcomes and experiences. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of healthcare technology and innovation at Providence India.,
