Job Description

You will be joining Providence, one of the US's largest not-for-profit healthcare systems, dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate healthcare to all. Your focus will be on healthcare technology and innovation, contributing to the digital transformation of health systems to enhance patient outcomes, caregiver efficiency, and the overall business operations of Providence on a large scale. **Role Overview:** - Design, implement, and evolve analytics solutions to complex business problems - Collaborate with a team of data enthusiasts to merge medical history with modern marketing technology - Lead in providing insights and recommendations to enhance patient loyalty, retention, and acquisition **Key Responsibilities:** - Work closely with marketing managers, engineering teams, and executives to measure the effectiveness and financial outcomes of marketing activities - Manage the analytics product life cycle and interpret business measurement needs - Develop and promote analytics standards and documentation for reporting processes **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Mathematics, or Computer Science - 4-8 years of experience in statistical languages and tools (R, SAS, SQL) - 4-8 years of experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) - 4-8 years of experience in database Environments (Snowflake, Oracle, etc) - Experience in building media mix models, attribution models, and campaign optimization models You will be an integral part of the team, contributing towards the enhancement of analytics architecture, tools, reporting, and program success. Your role will involve eliciting, analyzing, and communicating business requirements from various stakeholders, as well as collaborating with vendors to build essential models for campaign optimization.
