Lead Management & Client Support Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Business Development & Client Relations Executive to join our team at Thirumala Roofings and Structurals, a leading company in the pre-engineered building and roofing industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing client communication and online lead handling in different portals while coordinating between customers and internal departments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming client inquiries through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other online platforms
• Convert online leads into potential business opportunities
• Make follow-up calls and maintain regular communication with clients
• Coordinate between the client and internal teams (design, estimation, and project departments)
• Assist in tracking project progress and ensure client satisfaction
• Support marketing and promotional activities as required
• Maintain a database of clients and enquiry status reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in marketing, client coordination, or business development (manufacturing or construction field preferred)
• Candidates must be from Chennai
• Immediate joiners are preferred
