Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Landscape Design & Planning:

Lead the conceptualization and development of landscape designs for high-end real estate projects.
Prepare master plans, planting schemes, and hardscape layouts aligned with project aesthetics and sustainability goals.
Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and environmental consultants to integrate landscape with overall site design.

Execution & Maintenance Oversight:

Supervise on-site execution of landscape works including grading, planting, irrigation, and lighting.
Manage seasonal planting schedules, plant health care programs, and routine maintenance activities.
Conduct site inspections and provide expert recommendations based on soil, climate, and environmental conditions.

Vendor & Team Coordination:

Liaise with contractors, horticulturists, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Monitor performance of horticulture staff and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and horticultural best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field.
Deep knowledge of plant species, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscape practices.
Strong project management, budgeting, and team leadership skills.
Familiarity with landscape architecture drawings and green cover planning.
Experience with large-scale real estate or facility management projects.
