✅ 4-7 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
✅ Any Graduate Degree
✅ Strong exposure to US IT Staffing lifecycle
✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✅ Familiarity with US compliance, credentialing, and documentation
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

🔹 Screen resumes & conduct initial interviews
🔹 Negotiate pay rates and benefits
