Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Instructional Designer located in Pune. The Lead Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, developing instructional content, designing and managing curricula, and overseeing training and development programs. This role also entails managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ensuring the effective delivery of educational materials.
