Overview:

Inside Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor the inside sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Oversee daily calling activities, monitor performance metrics, and ensure high-quality lead conversion.
  • Manage the full sales cycle prospecting, pitching services, preparing quotations, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with publishers, authors, corporates, and educational institutions.
  • Track team KPIs, maintain CRM updates, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Requirements:

  • Graduation is Mandatory.
  • 8+ years of inside sales experience
