Job Description

Technology Roadmap / Product Lifecycle :Prepare and own Platform technology road maps as per business and D&T vision.
Collaborate with the architects and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive long-term technology roadmaps and associated deliverables.
Lead Transformation/Innovation initiatives Design, Plan, implement and support
Prepare and own cloud technology road map along as per business need.
Collaborate with the architects and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive long-term technology roadmaps and associated deliverables.

Continue to improve technology recovery strategy and process for Cloud engineering activities.
Assist with medium to high-level troubleshooting leveraging various Cloud services to identify root cause. Work with vendors as needed to resolve issues.
Own and lead deep dive for complex/Critical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Manage stakeholders and communication of high impact cloud related issues.
Work with project teams and vendors to provide cloud platform design and optimization recommendations
Assist with project planning, execution, and implementation of cloud related projects.
Provide inputs to IT financial management for cloud on costs associated with capacity build-out, forecast for cloud IT investments, etc.
Drive optimization and innovation projects in Cloud area suggesting novel solutions for the issues.
Continue improving cloud product reliability, availability, maintainability & cost/benefit incl. developing fault-tolerant tools to ensure general robustness of the cloud infra.
Responsible for managing capacity across public and private cloud resource pools incl. automating scale down/up of environments.
Support cloud developers in optimizing and automating cloud engineering activities e.g. migration, provisioning and deployment, etc.
Provide inputs to IT financial management for cloud on costs associated with capacity build-out, forecast for cloud IT investments, etc.
Understand the vision of the business as well as IT Infra future technology and relate it with existing set up and prepare business case for adopting the same.
Plan the IT Infra Digital transformation and drive till execution
Drive the technical capability of team and train
Administrative or other duties as assigned or required
