Job Description

Designing the systems, process and SOPs forconcurrent monitoring data collection based on the nature of the implementationand mode of implementation of the programmes both directly as well as withpartner organisations on the ground.
Development of RF program/vertical specific MEtechnical guidance, tools and mechanisms.
Ensure that RF team members as well as implementingpartners are appropriately and adequately trained and mentored on the systems,processes and SOPs to meet the high-quality information collection from all thestakeholders including target community members.
Lead the process of fact checks and data validationin close coordination with the programme teams.
Ensure clarity among all the programme andimplementing partners on the reporting templates and timelines to effectivelymeet the deadlines.
Contribute with ME technical competence to thedevelopment of Program ToCs, LFAs, developments of indictors and plan ofaction.
Sharing programme performance with the teams atmultiple levels on a regular basis and bringing out critical issues and adverseperformances, if any
Provide timely and robust information to promote thedissemination of learning, better project cycle management, and facilitateevidence-based decisionmaking through the provision of technical analysis, bothinternally within RF and externally with implementing partners.
Coach and mentor ME staff members to developtheir skills and ensure high-quality evidence-based reporting.

Education Requirement :

Necessary: Master Degree in Social Sciences or PopulationSciences/Demography or Statistics or Mathematics.
Desired: Development Sector

Experience Requirement :

Necessary: Minimum 7-10 years of social sectorexperience
Desired: Experience of implementing large scaledevelopment projects
