Job Description

Role Overview: As a Lead II - SAP ABAP with experience in ECC to S4 Hana Migration, you will play a key role in technical development within the SAP environment. Your responsibilities will include working on RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms), upgrading processes to S/4HANA, custom code remediation, and ensuring optimal performance of the code. You will have the opportunity to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and contribute to the successful migration to S/4HANA. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 7 years of technical experience in SAP ABAP development - Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA - Expertise in RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) - Deep understanding of upgrade processes including SPDD, SPAU, SPAU_ENH, and related activities - Experience in custom code remediation and adaptation for S/4HANA - Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables - Strong debugging, code optimization, and performance tuning skills Qualifications Required: - Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration or conversion projects is a plus - Knowledge of Fiori/UI5 and OData services is advantageous - Familiarity with clean core and SAP BTP extension concepts - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments Additional Details: You should have expertise in ABAP, BADI, Idocs, Oops to effectively fulfill the requirements of this role. Your experience in SAP ABAP development and migration projects will be crucial in contributing to the success of the ECC to S4 Hana migration project.
