Job Description

You will be joining the Enterprise Solutions practice as a Lead II specializing in Workday Functional Compensation & Benefits at UST Global. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in Workday HCM with a specific focus on Compensation & Benefits. You will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain Workday Compensation solutions that are in line with organizational objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Workday Compensation & Benefits module. - Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for compensation plans, bonus structures, benefits programs, and related HR processes. - Configure, test, and upkeep Workday Compensation solutions to ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements. - Support end-to-end Workday implementations, including requirement analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live assistance. - Conduct HR data migration, validations, and assist in system upgrades or enhancements. - Create functional specifications for integrations between Workday and third-party systems. - Provide training, guidance, and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of Workday Compensation processes. - Troubleshoot functional/system issues, propose process enhancements, and maintain system integrity. **Required Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in Workday HCM with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits. - Demonstrated success in at least one complete Workday implementation in Compensation & Benefits. - Comprehensive understanding of Core HCM and its integration with Compensation. - Proficiency in HR data migration, reporting, and analytics. - Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and excel in client-facing positions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Workday Certification (Compensation / HCM) is desirable.
