About The Role
Job Summary:
LocationBangalore
We are looking for a highly skilled IAM Entra ID Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a deep understanding of MS Entra ID Solutions. This role involves architecture, design, implementation, deployment, and performance optimization of IAM solutions, along with consulting and advisory assignments. Key Responsibilities:

Architect, design, implement, deploy, and optimize MS Entra ID Solutions.

Able to implement and present POC for customer test environment and should work hand-in-hand with the technical team.

Conduct consulting and advisory assignments, including gap analysis and roadmap definitions.

Gather and convert business requirements into functional / technical requirements.

Provide deep-level knowledge and expertise in all modules of Entra ID, including Privileged Identity Management (PIM).

Knowledge of elevated access permissions, assignment and role management in Entra ID

Analyse and implement security policies to enhance overall Entra ID identity score.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure IAM solutions align with business objectives.

Run Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly review calls

Should be open to work in morning and evening IST shifts and should be flexible to extend to night, at times, to meet the project deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in the IAM domain.

Proven knowledge of architecture, design, implementation, deployment, and performance optimizations in MS Entra ID Solutions.

Hands-on experience in consulting and advisory assignments, including gap analysis and roadmap definitions.

Ability to gather and convert business requirements into functional/technical requirements.

Deep-level knowledge in all modules of Entra ID, including Privileged Identity Management (PIM).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications such as AZ 900, SC300, SC900 are preferred.

Experience in a similar role within a large organization.

Familiarity with other IAM tools and technologies.
