Job Description

As an HRIS Consultant, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business and IT by translating intricate business requirements into technological solutions. Your proficiency in both technical and business aspects will enable you to evaluate the impact of application configurations and technology enhancements on current and future business environments. - Gather, analyze, and influence HRIS business application requirements to cater to diverse business process needs effectively. - Design, develop, and maintain HRIS solutions in alignment with organizational HR procedures. - Define HRIS project tasks, contribute to business project plans, identify Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and coordinate resources enterprise-wide. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure incorporation of requirements into system design and validate through testing. - Partner with business stakeholders to provide guidance on HRIS applications, integrations, and implementation strategies. - Offer user support and serve as a subject matter expert to address application-related issues effectively. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. - Workday Certification is considered an added advantage. Experience: - Completion of at least one end-to-end Workday implementation project. Skills & Competencies: - Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation project. - Practical exposure to Workday projects involving HR data migration and/or integrations. - Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, capable of managing customer expectations efficiently. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in utilizing HR analytics and reporting tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging functional, management-level audiences, and clients. - Proficiency in HRIS platforms, Program Management tools, and MS Office.,
