Provide technical guidance in the identification and resolution of complex technical challenges related to testing and quality assurance. - Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment on testing goals and strategies. - Identify key performance indicators and metrics to measure testing effectiveness and product quality. - Expertise in different phases of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including methodologies like Agile and Waterfall. - Good Exposure to Testing Life Cycle and Bug Life Cycle. - Conducted test case reviews, provide project related status reporting, coordinate all release planning, and lead the testing team through all project phases - Good experience in Designing Automation Framework. - Mentoring new team members and leading team of 10+ associates - Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills - including requirements analysis, detailed planning, and risk assessment - Effective organizational and communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver technical presentations and tailor content to audience as appropriate - Defined strategy across functional and E2E , SIT ,UAT testing including functional automation, integration testing, performance testing. - Review Test estimates and testing schedules. - Strong experience in designing large enterprise level system integration testing strategies Expertise in Selenium and Appium automation tools on both Android and web platform and automating regression test cases using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
