We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing. In this role, you will develop and enhance automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver and ensure seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines.
You will evaluate and implement AI-powered test automation solutions--including tools such as TestRigor, Testim, or Mabl--to accelerate test creation, expand coverage, and reduce maintenance overhead. Collaboration is central to this role; you will work closely with developers, QA engineers, product owners, and DevOps teams to align automated test coverage with business and quality goals.
A key responsibility includes championing AI-driven testing capabilities such as intelligent test case generation, self-healing test scripts, and test impact or prioritization strategies. You will ensure the automation framework is extensible across web, mobile, and API layers while enforcing coding standards, reviewing test code, and driving overall reliability and maintainability.
You will also provide comprehensive documentation, training, and technical support to help teams adopt and extend the automation framework. Continuous monitoring of test execution, identifying flakiness, and optimizing performance and accuracy will be crucial to success.
Experience integrating AI-based tools into enterprise automation frameworks
Understanding of self-healing automation, smart locator strategies, or test impact analysis
Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling
Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
