Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Experience in PowerCurve products will be an added advantage.

You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, reporting the status and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and specifications to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.

• Execute test cases across web and API platforms.

• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA.

• Collaborate closely with developers, solution advisors and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.

• Perform regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Participate in planning and daily stand-ups.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members.

• Continuously improve QA processes and contribute to test documentation and knowledge base.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in software testing.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.

• Strong experience in API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger.

• Experience in SQL.

• Concepts in automation and familiarity in running automation scripts.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
