As a Senior PHP Developer, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications. This role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring adherence to best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities Application Development:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and modern frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter). Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Technical Leadership: Lead development projects from inception to deployment. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards. Mentor junior developers and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.

Performance & Security:

Optimize application performance and implement security best practices (OWASP guidelines). Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and DevOps teams to define technical requirements. Quality Assurance: Maintain detailed documentation for systems and processes.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional PHP development experience. Strong expertise in PHP frameworks Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and MySQL. Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies. Knowledge of security best practices and API development.
Preferred Skills

Familiarity with microservices architecture. Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
