Technical Leadership: Lead development projects from inception to deployment. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards. Mentor junior developers and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
Optimize application performance and implement security best practices (OWASP guidelines). Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and DevOps teams to define technical requirements. Quality Assurance: Maintain detailed documentation for systems and processes.
Familiarity with microservices architecture. Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
