Job Summary:

Senior Backend Developer

Must Have Skills:

5+ years
of professional backend development experience, with at least
1+ year in a lead role
Deep expertise in
TypeScript
and
Node.js
Hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable backend solutions using
AWS
Strong knowledge of
core programming concepts
(closures, design patterns, layered architecture, encryption, serialization)
Expertise in building
RESTful APIs
or
GraphQL
services
Ability to work independently and proactively drive technical solutions

Good to Have Skills:

Experience in guiding and mentoring development teams
Proficiency in debugging and resolving complex technical issues
Knowledge of
microservices architecture
and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across teams
