Role Description

Icertis L3 Support

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 3 production support for complex,high-severity Icertis issues.

Perform Deep-dive Root Cause Analysis Across

oPlatform configurations and data modelsoCustom rules, expressions, and workflowsoAPIs and integrations (SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA,other enterprise systems)Support and maintain Icertis data models,including schema extensions and impact analysis.Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures,data synchronization issues, and API errors.Monitor and optimize system performance,scalability, and stability.Support platform upgrades, patches, andregression testing.Lead data fixes, bulk updates, and correctivescripts (as permitted by platform).Collaborate with Icertis product support forcritical defects and escalations.Provide technical guidance to L2 teams andcontribute to long-term problem prevention.Support change management, release planning, andproduction deployments.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience with enterprise SaaSplatforms, including deep hands-on experience in Icertis (ICI).Strong expertise in Icertis data architecture,rules framework, APIs, and platform configuration.Proven experience supporting productionstability and performance for large-scale CLM deployments.Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, andenterprise integrations.Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, andmiddleware platformsExcellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis,and escalation management skills.
