Job Title: Guidewire Portal Business Analyst Location: Pan India - UST office Job Type: Full-time Experience: 5 to 8 yrs Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Guidewire Portal Business Analyst (BA) to join our team. The BA will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing Guidewire Digital Portals (Customer, Agent, and Vendor Portals). The role involves gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring that the Guidewire portals meet business needs and objectives. The BA will work closely with both business and technical teams to ensure a seamless integration and optimal performance of the Guidewire portals. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Guidewire Portals (Customer, Agent, and Vendor). Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure the requirements are understood and met. Develop functional specifications and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. Support the design, development, and implementation of the Guidewire portal solutions. Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with stakeholders for feedback and improvements. Work on continuous improvement of the portals, optimizing processes and user experience. Mandatory Skills: In-depth knowledge of Guidewire Portal (Customer, Agent, and Vendor Portals). Strong experience with Guidewire Policy Center and understanding of the integration with Guidewire Portals. Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams. Experience in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Preferred Skills: Additional knowledge or experience with Guidewire Billing Center and Guidewire ClaimCenter . Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira. Experience in business process modeling and mapping. Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and test case creation. Understanding of insurance domain and related workflows. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
