Job Description

As a Lead Human Resources at our company in Pune, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all HR operations run smoothly and effectively. Your responsibilities will include developing HR strategies, providing advice to senior management, managing programs, and leading staff with a strong strategic mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, implement, and evaluate employee relations with HR policies, programs, and practices to maintain and enhance the organization's human resources - Lead HR projects such as revising compensation plans - Implement functional HRMS and internal databases company-wide - Design company policies and procedures - Measure benefits programs" effectiveness and recommend improvements - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures - Contribute to the HR function's development by aligning ER strategy with business needs - Act as the first point of contact for employees for grievances, performance management, and other employee relations issues - Drive Performance Management System with good knowledge and expertise - Advise and support all parts of the business on employee relations matters to ensure effective management - Implement data-driven HR analytics for continuous improvement of critical HR processes - Ensure compliance with all requirements and timelines in grievance procedures - Review, maintain, and update HR online Handbook and policy manuals as needed - Manage organizational announcements and company-wide communications - Assist with audits and maintain employee personnel records - Prepare and maintain necessary HR reports Qualification Required: - Good verbal and written communication skills - Ability to add value through people development - Strategic and analytical thinking capability - Documentation and presentation skills Education Requirements & Experience: - Masters degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field - Experience Level: 5-8 Years (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
