Job Description

As the Lead Human Resources at our organization based in Pune, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of all HR functions. Your primary responsibilities will include developing HR strategies, offering expert advice to senior management, managing programs, leading staff, and maintaining a strong strategic focus. You will be tasked with enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations with HR policies, programs, and practices. Additionally, you will lead HR projects such as revising compensation plans, implementing HRMS and internal databases, designing company policies, and measuring the effectiveness of benefits programs to recommend improvements. Your role will also involve developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization, contributing to the HR function's development by aligning ER strategy with business needs, and serving as the first point of contact for employees regarding grievances, performance management, and other employment relations issues. You must possess a good understanding of Performance Management Systems and have the ability to drive their implementation effectively. Providing advice and support to various parts of the business on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and continuously improving critical HR processes through data-driven HR analytics will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing company-wide communications for organizational announcements, assisting with audits and the maintenance of employee personnel records, and preparing necessary HR reports. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to add value through people development, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities will be essential for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Master's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field, along with 5-8 years of relevant experience. Strong documentation and presentation skills are also required to excel in this role.,
