Lead - HRMS Implementation

Role Overview: As the HR Technology and Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of the new HR Tech platform. Your role will involve ensuring successful planning, designing, development, deployment, and support of high-quality technology solutions. You will serve as the primary contact for advanced user support, troubleshooting complex inquiries, and providing guidance to end-users. Key Responsibilities: - Provide level 1 & 2 support, collaborating with IT and application providers on functionality enhancements, testing, configuring changes, and communicating updates to users. - Create, generate, and maintain effective HR reporting, including turnover, labor efficiency, and other key People metrics to drive organizational effectiveness. - Develop a dashboard of HR metrics for presentation in senior leadership meetings on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. - Execute the Restaurant Incentive Program by delivering timely updates and performing necessary calculations. - Analyze data and present insights on opportunities to enhance cost efficiency, People Governance, and metrics. - Act as the Single Point of Contact for all HR dashboarding and technology needs within the organization. - Identify new HR system requirements to ensure the smooth functioning of all HR activities at HRPL. - Take responsibility for the governance of implementation efforts and project management of HR Tools & modules in HRMS. - Manage relationships with 3rd party providers and ensure timely resolution of all HR systems related queries within defined SLAs. - Maintain HR process and data integrity in our Tech systems. Qualifications Required: - 10-12 years of overall experience with a strong understanding of HR processes and HRIS systems.
