Job Description

For Business Development / Lead Generation Executive:
  • 6 months‑2 years in

    B2B IT Sales

    or similar roles
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Experience in generating leads and closing deals
  • Knowledge of SDLC is a plus
For Tele Caller Executive:
  • Fresher or with experience in telecalling / customer outreach
  • Making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries
  • Maintain call records, follow‑ups, converting leads where possible
  • Clear spoken communication (English + local language skills)
  • Basic computer literacy, comfortable using CRM / Excel
💼 Key Responsibilities
  • Generating leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Following up with leads to nurture them into opportunities
  • Handling telecalls: outbound & inbound, answering customer queries
  • Promoting company’s products / services over phone
  • Maintaining accurate records / CRM updates
  • Achieving call/sales targets; working with sales / marketing teams
