Role Overview:

You will identify companies and professionals in the U.S. who can benefit from our services, conduct research, initiate email communication, and maintain accurate lead data in CRM & trackers. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential leads and contacts in the U.S. market through research.
• Generate and qualify leads using platforms like

  LinkedIn, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io

  , etc.
• Conduct email outreach and LinkedIn messaging to initiate engagement.
• Maintain and update lead details in

  CRM/trackers

  .
• Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing & sales campaigns.
• Prepare weekly lead reports using

  Google Sheets/Excel

  .
• Stay updated on U.S. hiring trends and job requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing/IT preferred).
• 15 years of experience in

  lead generation or business development

  (U.S. market is a plus).
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Experience with tools like

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, HubSpot, Pipedrive

• Strong analytical & reporting skills.
• Comfortable working in

  Night Shift (U.S. Time Zone)
