Lead Generation Specialist

The Lead Generation Executive-Night Shift position requires a motivated and energetic individual to join our team. Your main responsibility will be identifying potential leads, reaching out to prospects, and assisting in converting leads into customers. This role is perfect for recent graduates or those beginning their careers in sales and marketing. Your duties will include conducting research to identify potential leads and target markets using various tools and online resources. You will initiate contact with leads through email and social media, building and maintaining relationships to understand their needs. It will be your task to qualify leads based on established criteria and update lead information in the CRM system. Additionally, you will support lead generation campaigns, such as email marketing and social media outreach. Collaborating with the marketing team, you will help create engaging content for lead nurturing. Data management will be crucial, as you maintain a database of leads and prospects, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. You will also track and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and campaign performance. This is a full-time, permanent position with a fixed night shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The work location is in person.,
