Lead Generation Specialist

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

Build high-converting lead generation funnels

Perform audience research, A/B testing, and creative optimization

Track performance using GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager

Improve CPL, CTR, ROAS consistently

Create retargeting strategies and lookalike audiences

Work closely with the creative and sales team for better lead quality.

Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads

Proven lead generation results for services or B2B businesses

Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and scaling

Experience with landing page optimization

Good analytical mindset and data-driven decision making

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

Experience with ORM, PR, Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, or B2B campaigns

Knowledge of CRM integrations and automation

Copywriting knowledge for ad creatives
