As we continue to expand our reach, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Lead Generation Specialist who can be the face of our vision — building meaningful relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving growth through creativity, persistence, and purpose. Role Overview As a Lead Specialist, you’ll be responsible for: Identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities across exhibitions, events, and corporate branding. Building strong client relationships and understanding their brand and display needs. Collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions. Representing ILLUMINATI with an entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, solution-oriented, and growth-focused. What We’re Looking For 3–7 years of experience in Lead Generation, sales/exhibitions/event solutions/branding or printing industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A self-starter attitude with the ability to think like an entrepreneur. Passion to add value, grow with the company, and be part of a vision-driven team.
