Roles & Responsibilities
• Research, identify, and generate new leads through online platforms, databases, and networking.
• Use LinkedIn, email marketing, and other digital tools to reach potential clients.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information.
• Qualify leads based on specific business requirements before passing them to the sales team.
• Develop and execute targeted campaigns to increase lead conversion rates.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 1–2 years in lead generation, business development, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales funnel concepts.
Required Skills
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email marketing software.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and detail-focused.
