Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and research potential B2B clients across industries with workforce needs.

Generate high-quality leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, industry databases and other prospecting platforms while maintaining TATs.

Qualify prospects based on target criteria (industry, size, location, etc.) and hand over to sales teams for conversion.

Collaborate with sales and digital marketing to align messaging, targeting, and improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates as per defined KPIs and TATs.

Maintain and update CRM systems with lead activity, status, and pipeline information.

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics; optimize based on data insights.

Create and maintain weekly and monthly reports of leads generated and converted.

Stay updated on industry trends, client business models, and hiring challenges in different sectors.

Meet weekly/monthly KPIs related to lead volume, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.

NPS Ownership & Customer Feedback:

Design, implement, and manage Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys every quarter to assess customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Analyze NPS feedback to identify promoters, passives, and detractors and derive actionable insights.

Create and maintain reports on NPS trends.

Work with region RMs/BDMs to follow up on low NPS scores and close the feedback loop.

Use NPS data to inform lead qualification strategies and improve targeting of high-retention segments.

Key KPIs:

Number of qualified leads generated per month/quarter

Lead-to-opportunity and lead-to-customer conversion rates

Engagement rates (open rates, response rates)

Campaign ROI and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)

NPS response rate and score improvement over time

Volume and quality of customer feedback collected

% of detractors followed up within SLA

Insights delivered to sales teams from NPS data

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.

Experience managing or contributing to customer satisfaction programs (e.g., NPS).

experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the HR solutions, staffing, or consulting industry.

Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigators, Government Tender sites, Lusha, and Google Analytics.).

Strong understanding of sales funnels, buyer psychology, and customer experience metrics.

Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience generating leads for HR or workforce solutions companies.

Understanding of Indian industry verticals (IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, etc.).

Proficiency in email automation and prospecting tools (e.g., Outreach, Apollo, Woodpecker).

Understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
