We are expanding our team and are seeking motivated individuals to help us grow our business footprint. About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify and attract high-quality prospects for our IP law services. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, driving client engagement, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts. Youll work closely with our business development team to build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, contributing directly to the firms growth and success. Responsibilities: Research and identify potential leads within target industries (technology, pharmaceuticals, entertainment, etc.) through various online resources, databases, and networking. Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to reach new clients in need of intellectual property services. Initiate outbound outreach efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement, to generate interest in the firms services. Qualify and segment leads based on their potential to become long-term clients, passing qualified prospects to the business development team. Collaborate with marketing to create compelling content and outreach materials that resonate with potential clients. Monitor and track lead generation performance, using analytics to refine and optimize outreach strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and activities in CRM software. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new lead opportunities. Generate weekly and monthly reports on lead generation progress. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in a professional services or legal environment. Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively and professionally. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation goals. Knowledge of intellectual property law and the services offered by IP firms is a plus, but not required.
