Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Noida. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include engaging with potential clients, identifying sales opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. Additionally, the individual will be expected to maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, cyber security and telecom products
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
