Lead Generation Specialist

• Develop and execute a monthly Lead generation strategy aligned with our brand and lead goals.
• Create engaging content (reels, carousels, stories, live session plans) that educates, inspires, and converts.
• Design and run lead magnets (challenges, free guides, webinars) with strong CTAs.
• Actively engage with followers, prospects, and relevant communities (commenting, DMs, polls, Q&As).
• Manage DM conversations to qualify prospects and book them for discovery calls.
• Track KPIs: reach, engagement, leads generated, conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the founder for storytelling and personal brand content.
• Stay updated on Instagram trends, algorithm changes, and new growth hacks.
