Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our remote team. In this full-time role , you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients through outbound and inbound strategies. You’ll play a vital role in expanding our pipeline and supporting the business development and sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, company databases, job boards, and web tools Initiate contact with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to generate qualified leads Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems and track outreach effectiveness Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and outreach messaging Nurture leads by delivering relevant information and addressing initial questions Conduct market research to understand customer personas, trends, and decision-making processes Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with high-potential leads Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets Qualifications: 1–5 years of experience in lead generation , sales development , or a similar role Strong knowledge of B2B lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to conduct market research and identify qualified prospects Basic understanding of CRM systems and lead nurturing workflows Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills Self-starter who can work independently in a remote work setup Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred Show more Show less
