Job Summary: As a Lead Generation & Marketing Intern you will support the planning and execution of online advertising campaigns to drive leads and brand awareness. This role offers hands-on exposure to paid marketing platforms and lead generation strategies. Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Data Mining - Identify potential clients in target markets through online research (LinkedIn, Clutch, Upwork, etc.). Gather contact details and build a database of qualified leads. Lead Generation -Reach out to prospects via email campaigns, LinkedIn messages, and cold calls. Generate interest in the company s web design and mobile app development services. CRM Management - Maintain and update leads in the CRM system regularly. Track lead status and follow-up schedules consistently. Campaign Support - Assist in planning and executing lead generation campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to create outreach templates and strategies. Competitor Analysis - Study competitors to understand market trends and identify gaps for new opportunities. Reporting & Analytics - Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation efforts, conversion rates, and campaign performance. Coordination with Sales Team - Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos with the sales or business development team. Learning & Development - Stay updated with IT industry trends, particularly in web and mobile tech. Attend internal training sessions and apply learning to real-time tasks Required Qualifications: Education: Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Digital Ad Knowledge: Familiarity with online advertising and lead generation basics. Analytical Skills: Strong interest in data and performance metrics. Tool Exposure: Basic experience with ad platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills. Creativity: Ability to write short, compelling ad copy. Organization: Strong time management and coordination skills.
