Lead Generation Expert – Market Research & Networking

About the Role: We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist with a strong focus on market research and industry networking . This role demands a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, build connections with key decision-makers, and arrange high-impact meetings that can lead to potential sales. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market research to generate and qualify potential leads. Connect and build relationships with industry stakeholders such as architects, consultants (MEP, AVVC, PMC), interior designers, office fit-out firms, and brokers. Use LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and network with key decision-makers. Maintain an active pipeline by consistently securing appointments and product demos. Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals. What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in SaaS, proptech, or startup environments. Strong research and analytical skills to uncover market insights and opportunities. Proven ability to network with industry influencers and build rapport with prospects. Excellent time management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency with LinkedIn and familiarity with CRM and outreach tools.
