Youll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to drive our business forward. Key Responsibilities: Generate high-quality leads through Apollo.io, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other tools Identify key decision-makers across mid to large IT services companies Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure timely follow-up with prospects Collaborate with Account Managers to pass warm leads for closures Conduct market research to expand ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) segments Track outreach metrics and optimize campaigns for higher conversion You’re a Fit If You: Have 1–3 years of experience in lead generation for IT services or staffing Are comfortable with tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io Understand account management workflows and client coordination Communicate clearly and can chase targets without handholding Thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment Bonus Points: Prior experience working in a staffing agency / recruitment tech setup Familiarity with HubSpot / Zoho CRM /Odoo Can independently manage outbound sequences What You Get: Competitive pay + performance-linked bonus Opportunity to work with a scaling recruitment-tech startup Exposure to real-time client conversations and account strategy Fast-track career path toward Account Management / Sales
