Title Curative

NOTE - Work From Office Only Essential Qualification and Work Experience: Minimum 6-12 months experience on the Title Curative process. Should be able to review title documents to identify any defects or issues. Ability to work with loan processors, title companies, attorneys, lenders, and other parties to resolve title issues. Identify and solve any title curative issues required such as any senior interest, liens, judgments, tax issues, etc. Review public records and examine titles to determine legal condition of the property in accordance with state requirements. Candidate should be flexible with shifts. Candidate to possess typing speed of 28 WPM with 98% quality Soft Skills: Candidate should have good oral & written communication skill. Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft excel & word (MS Office). Preferred Qualification: Candidate should be a Under graduate and above.
