Job Description

Identify and generate leads for business loan products (term loans, working capital, overdrafts, etc.). Conduct customer profiling and financial analysis to assess loan eligibility. Educate customers on loan products, interest rates, documentation, and repayment schedules. Assist clients in completing loan applications and ensure timely submission of required documents. Perform preliminary credit risk assessment and forward proposals to the credit team. Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, disbursement) to ensure smooth loan processing. Follow up with clients for post-disbursement support and EMI collections when required. Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
