Aligning Team to Goals
Mentorship & Support: Provide direct support and guidance to team members, helping them overcome obstacles, refine their skills, and improve their performance. Offer coaching and feedback where necessary.
Accountability & Performance Management: Hold team members accountable for their work, deadlines, and quality. Address performance concerns and implement corrective actions where necessary, ensuring the team is working at its best.
Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management on team performance, marketing efforts, and areas of concern. Prepare progress reports and communicate successes and challenges.
Drive Results: Ensure that the marketing team consistently delivers results and meets company targets. Implement strategies for continuous improvement in workflow and team productivity.
