Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential leads through online platforms, databases, and networking.
• Generate a pipeline of qualified prospects for the sales team.
• Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce our services.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns.
• Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (preferably in events or B2B services).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn networking.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
