Lead Generation Executive

Bellway Realtech is looking for a proactive, hardworking, and target-oriented Lead Generation Executive who can identify potential clients, generate quality leads, and support the sales team in achieving business goals. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and property portals. Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel. Qualify leads and schedule visits or follow-ups for the sales team. Understand customer requirements and share project details professionally. Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead flow. Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation. Follow company communication standards for calling and messaging. ⭐ Requirements Good communication skills (Hindi/English). Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus. Ability to convince, follow up, and handle clients politely. Must be target-driven and disciplined. Freshers and experienced both can apply. Must be comfortable with calling & WhatsApp-based lead work. Work Details Location: Bellway Realtech, Sector 125 Noida, Tradex Tower, 3rd Floor Working Days: 6 days (Tuesday Off) Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM Salary: Attractive salary + incentives
